Robotic Welding Cell KUKA KR 16 L8 arc HW + Fronius CMT – 2017

Professional robotic welding system based on the KUKA KR 16 L8 arc HW industrial robot, designed for the automation of welding processes in industrial applications. The system is equipped with a KRC4 controller, KUKA KP1 positioner, and Fronius CMT welding components, ensuring high weld quality as well as stable and repeatable operation.

The system enables precise welding processes while maintaining high production efficiency. Fronius CMT (Cold Metal Transfer) technology minimizes spatter and provides excellent arc control, making it particularly suitable for welding thin materials and components requiring high-quality workmanship.

The set also includes a cleaner and a laser device for automatic correction – Rotolab

All major components were manufactured in 2017.
