TIG welding cell with KUKA robot
Product description
AKON Robotics TIG Robotic Welding Cell with KUKA KR 6 R1820 Robot | 2018
The system has been designed for automated TIG welding of carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum components.
The cell is equipped with a KUKA KR 6 R1820 C4 industrial robot with a payload capacity of 6 kg and a reach of 1820 mm, controlled by a KUKA KRC4 controller. The dual-station rotary table with two interchangeable fixtures allows the next workpiece to be prepared while the robot is welding, significantly improving production efficiency.
The Dinse DIX TIG 350 AC/DC welding power source enables the production of high-quality TIG welds on structural steel, stainless steel and aluminum. The system is additionally equipped with two industrial TEKA Caremaster BIA welding fume extraction units, ensuring effective air filtration within the working area.
The machine is a complete, ready-to-operate solution for companies involved in serial production of welded components, steel structures, machine parts, automotive components and metal fabrication.
The package also includes a 6-compartment tool cabinet and additional operating accessories.
