Robotic Welding Station KUKA KR 30-3 + Fronius CMT – 2011

Professional welding station equipped with two KUKA KR 30-3 industrial robots, designed for automation of welding processes and industrial manufacturing operations. The system is based on KRC2 controllers and two Fronius Trans Synergic 4000 CMT welding power sources, ensuring high weld quality and stable production performance.

The station is additionally equipped with a rotary table, torch cleaning stations, Böllhoff riveting stations, and an additional Rehm TIG welding machine. Thanks to its comprehensive equipment, the system is suitable for serial production and semi-automated welding and assembly processes.
