Welding Cladding Cell ARC ACR6-P

ARC ACR6-P is a welding cell designed for cladding applications, equipped with a rotary welding station for Narrow Gap technology.

The main ACR6-P welding station operates as a 4-axis rotary system with Beckhoff CNC / HMI control. The welding process is monitored using a Stenning Video Weld Monitor System.

The system includes a backup welding power source Miller XMT 456 CC/CV, suitable for MMA / MIG / FCAW / TIG processes (depending on tooling).

The unit is powered via a 400 V transformer. The cell is equipped with a welding lathe for circumferential welding and narrow gap applications, as well as a heavy-duty work table.

The system also includes welding curtains and a KEMPER unit with adjustable capacity up to 50 kg and a wide adjustment range.
